Hello All....
My name is Kyle Nelson and this is my blog Waxlife. It's called Waxlife because I am obsessed with music and records in general. To a lesser extent it is a swipe at people in general who seem to be very superficial and shallow(waxy). I am a Parks and Recreation Management major. Although I use computers daily I am not what you would call a computer expert by any stretch of the imagination. I even managed to get an "A" in my computer science class, but I figure my professor made some sort of grading error. Either way here I am in an English classroom filled with Macbooks with a Professor who has turned this class into a computer/web based writing class, yes dreams do come true. Seriously though, I am very excited about this class and I have always wanted to start a blog and podcast but have just been too intimidated until now. I am taking this class because writing has always interested me and debate even more so. This is my first semester taking an online course and it seems to be going great so far but we'll see what kind of adventures lie in store for me.
